Located in Mae Wong National Park, Kamphaeng Phet province, Upper Central Thailand, the "Mokochu Peak" is the highest point in Mae Wong National Park and the highest in the western forest.

 

Originating in the Karen language, the word "Mokochu" means "like it's going to rain." The summit is often enveloped in a thick fog, making it seem that it could rain at any time. The fresh mountain air and exquisite greenery makes it a superb locale for adventure travel enthusiasts fond of hiking and climbing. Visitors are requested to observe all environmental guidelines and regulations.
